Helpline service

Planning Aid Wales operates an email and telephone Helpline service for eligible members of the public and community groups. To find out more about the Helpline service, click here.

Please note that we aim to direct our limited resources to those people who most need them. This means we can provide some of our advice and support services only to eligible people and groups. Training
