NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Planning Aid Wales Limited will be held online and at Sports for Wales National Centre, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, CF11 9SW. Bute Suite 2 (Option to join remotely – Email address required) on Monday 3rd July 2023 at 4pm.
The business of the meeting will be:
- to vote on the appointment of Directors for the coming year
- to consider and vote on approval of the 2022-23 company accounts
- to consider and vote on approval of the annual report
- to consider and vote on any other business properly raised
A member of a company is entitled to appoint another person as his proxy to exercise all or any of his rights to attend and to speak and vote at a meeting of the company.
Proxy forms will be circulated in advance of the meeting which will explain procedures and the agenda in more detail, but please note you can only be registered as attending the meeting if this form is completed and returned in advance of the meeting. Attendance by proxy counts as attendance for formal purposes.
In accordance with guidance, two representatives of Planning Aid Wales will act as proxies and will be physically present to ensure that the meeting is quorate to conduct the formal business of the meeting.
